Strawberry Chutter® Cheesecake

2 Tablespoons butter or magarine
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
8 oz. Package CHUTTER®, softened
8 oz. Package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
10-12 strawberries
1/4 cup strawberry or currant jelly

Melt butter in small saucepan; add crumbs and mix well. Press crumbs onto bottom of buttered 8-inch springform pan. In food procesor or mixer, blend CHUTTER® and cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sugar and vanilla. Chill overnight. Remove from pan. Slice strawberries and arrange on top of cheesecake. Melt jelly in small saucepan over low heat. Brush to glaze strawberry garnish.

Serves 6-8.
