Cajun Shrimp Party Cheesecake

2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 cup Italian style bread crumbs
8 oz. Package Cajun CHUTTER®, softened
8 oz. Package Cream Cheese, Softened

1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Celery
1 Cup ( or 4 1/2 oz. Can ) Shrimp
Parsley

Melt butter in small saucepan; add crumbs and mix well.

Press crumbs on bottom of buttered 8-inch springform pan. In food processor or mixer, blend CHUTTER® and cream cheese until fluffy. Coarsely chop shrimp (save 5-6 for garnish) and add with celery to cheese mixture. Process quickly on and off 5 or 6 times until just mixed. Spread mixture evenly over crumbs in pan. Chill overnight. Remove to platter. Garnish with whole shrimp and parsley.

Makes 16 small pie-shaped wedges or may be spread on crackers.

Serves 10-12.
(Double recipe for larger cheesecake)
