Vegetable Quiche

Vegetable Quiche

4 ounces CHUTTER, shredded
1 cup diced cauliflower
1/2 cup chopped broccoli
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
dash ground pepper
1 frozen deep dish pie crust

Preheat oven and cookie sheet to 400 degrees. In medium size mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except the piecrust and mix well. Pour mixture into piecrust. Placed filled piecrust on preheated cookie sheet. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
