9" pie shell
1/2 cup cubed cooked ham
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 cup (8 oz.) CHUTTER, cubed
11/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp. Pepper
Preheat oven to 425 Degrees. Bake pie shell for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with ham, onions and CHUTTER. Beat eggs with milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour into pie shell. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 Degrees and bake 15 minutes longer until puffy and brown. Serves 6 to 8.
