1 tbsp. Butter
2 tbsp. Chopped Onion
2 tbsp. CHUTTER
salt and pepper to taste
Beat eggs. Add onion, salt & pepper. Melt butter in omelet pan. Add eggs. Reduce heat. Cook until underside is lightly browned. Add CHUTTER. Fold omelet and turn onto hot platter. Serves 1.
