No Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake
1 ¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup butter or margarine
1 – 8oz. container Herkimer ® Pumpkin Spread
2 cups whipped topping
Melt butter in microwave safe dish. Add graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Mix well. Press into an 8 inch pie dish.
In separate bowl, place Pumpkin Heat & Pour. Mix on low speed until pumpkin is spreadable. Fold in whipped topping.
Pour into pie crust. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
