CHUTTER® Chocolate Cheesecake
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
8 oz. Package CHUTTER®, softened
8 oz. Package cream cheese, softened
2 oz. (2 squares) semi-sweet chocolate, melted
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Melt butter in small saucepan; add crumbs and mix well. Press crumbs onto bottom of buttered 8-inch springform pan. In food processor or mixer, blend CHUTTER® and cream cheese until fluffy. Blend in chocolate, sugar and vanilla. Spread mixture over crumbs; chill overnight. Remove to platter. Serves 6.
