Ham & Chutter® Cheesecake
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
8 oz. CHUTTER® softened
8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
3/4 cup diced deli baked ham
In small saucepan melt butter; add crumbs and mix well. Spread crumbs on bottom of 8-inch springform pan. In mixer or food processor, blend CHUTTER® and cream cheese until well blended. Add onion and ham. Process quickly on and off 5 or 6 times until just mixed. Spread mixture over crumbs in pan. Chill overnight. Remove to platter. Perfect for slicing a small wedge to eat with crackers. Can be easily doubled to make a larger cake(as shown in picture)
