Herkimer Ham n' Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms
16-20 large mushrooms, cleaned
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
8 oz. CHUTTER(R)
1/4 cup diced ham
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Removes mushroom stems and finely chop. Sautee chopped mushrooms and onion in butter about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in ham, CHUTTER(R) and breadcrumbs. Arrange mushroom caps, hollow side up, on baking sheet. Divide mixture among mushroom caps. Bake in 350 degree oven for 8-10 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve hot.
