Herkimer Ham n' Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms
16-20 large mushrooms, cleaned
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
8 oz. CHUTTER¬Æ
1/4 cup diced ham
Removes mushroom stems and finely chop. Saut?© chopped mushrooms and onion in butter about 2 minutes. Arrange mushroom caps, hollow side up, on baking sheet. Divide onion mixture among mushroom caps. Top with 1 or 2 tablespoons CHUTTER¬Æ and several pieces of ham. Bake in 350 degree oven for 8-10 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve hot.
