Vegetable Chutter® Casserole
2 Packages of chopped spinach or broccoli, cooked
1 1/2 Cups shredded CHUTTER®
3/4 Cup condensed creamy mushroom soup
1/4 Cup Breadcrumbs
Beat egg, blend in CHUTTER® and soup. Combine with vegetable in casserole dish. Top with breadcrumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Variation: Can substitute any favorite veggies. Try frozen California Blend for a nice variety of veggies. Incorporate leftover veggies from the night before, etc.
