Chutter® Pasta with Peas & Bacon
1 lb. fettuccini, cooked and drained
12 slices bacon, diced
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup milk
8 oz. CHUTTER® crumbled
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen peas, cooked
In skillet cook bacon until crisp. Remove bacon to drain. Pour off all but 2 tablespoons of bacon fat. Add onion and cook until just soft. Add flour; stir until boiling. Add milk and CHUTTER®; cook and stir until cheese melts. Pour over pasta. Add peas and bacon and toss.
