Instead of interfering with everyone's Black Friday shopping we waited to start making our special offers on Black Friday to give you more time to shop after the Thanksgiving holiday. You can now order either a 2.5lb block or 3lb wheel of our New York State Sharp Cheddar covered in black wax, aged a minimum of 1 year for $30 each. Order must be placed to SHIP between November 26th and December 7th.
